check your states regs as they are illegal to mount on your helmet (even though the cops do) and they will book you for it they so desire. Anything other than how you buy the helmet voids the A.S. label on it.

ID:	23636department of transport states there are no laws about mounting a camera to ur helmet, if you drill the helmet it is illegal but use the adhesive and its fine, the reason the helmet says you cant stick stuff to it is for warranty purpose anything to get out of paying for a replacement, the A.S. sticker is well a sticker on the helmet, Qld police have them,

Anyone who have gone to court over gopros and other action cams being stuck on there helmets have all won there cases. Cops still do it because they still get a few who will not question and just pay the fine.
