Default Back on a Kwaka (Somewhat haha) Vulcan 800/900 ;)

    Hey guys and girls,

I will be posting this in the "Your Bike" section too

Im back on a kawasaki after spending my time on my P's riding a hyosung GT650R (after spending my L's on a 2006 Kawa GPX 250 ).. Alot of people bag them out, but they are actually a very nice bike once you do a thing or two to them getting rid of the factory gremlins. Mine ended up being the fastest (that i know of) LAMS bike in tasmania, beat every 4cyl 250, FZ6r, gsx650f and every other lams bike i came across. Top speed of 230 but the way it got there and how it sounded was AMAZING.

Anyway i swapped that bike for my "new" toy

    1995 Kawasaki Vulcan 800 Classic
Its been worked and partial rebuilt to 900cc with a few extra suprises

Alot of after market gear and i think its got Cobra pipes, but it sounds pretty bloody mint.

In the youtube link it makes the bike sound a bit high pitched but in person its much deeper with a nice thump and a deep roar under throttle.

With only 46+++ K's on the clock and full new gear around the bike its in very good condition.

Its been fully airbrushed by a guy in tasmania who done a very good job.

Unfortunantly with a snapped left femur a month ago i wont be riding for 12 months and will consider selling it before i even get to ride the damned thing.

Any comments or suggestion are welcome as I havent done much with cruiser style bikes at all

I will try and upload some pics when i can get it out of the shed and clean and polish it up a little

    Cheers

Crazy, I'm not sure how you polish a femur but it's probably got a bit of titanium in it which comes up great with Autosol - I wouldn't use Mothers as it will only irritate the skin!
Kyle don't sell the bike but get stuck into your exercises and get on that machine as soon as you can! Good luck!
