    Default aftermarket exhausts

    heya guys.

I just want to get some opinions on some aftermarket exhaust options for my 650 ninja.

from what ive read and talked to the guys at my local kawasaki dealer the akrapovic is the benchmark. ive heard average things about the two brothers brand and yoshi has been a big player for as long as I can remember.
from the youtube clips ive seen, the akrapovic sounds the best to my ear.

    thoughts?

I've been looking for aftermarket slip on mufflers for my Z1000. I initially looked at the Vance & Hines Urban Brawlers as they seemed to suit to look of my bike the best. But I don't like the sound of them and they make little difference to the bikes performace. Akra have a very good repitation and sound the best from what I have found so far. Just my opinion, but I think when I do change the cans, It'll be to Akra's. A friend has Leo Vince pipes on his Z1000 and likes them a lot. Another mate of mine has the Yoshi's on his Suzuki SV650, and they sound good too. There are heaps of brands so have fun shopping and comparing.
Cheers, stay safe and do it now or you'll be that much older when you do, and if it feels good - do it

I have the full akra 4 into 1 on the zx14 and an akra megaphone on the 250 proddy race bike and both sound good and perform well.
If I had the dollars I would have purchased the "Austin Racing" exhausts as they are AWESOME!!
