Just for us dumb folk, is that departing for Brisbane or from Brisbane on Saturday 20th ??

Be great for me if the trip is departing from Brissy on the Saturday.

Have a look at the web site, there a people coming from all directions. For those of us in Brisbane or passing through, we are leaving Sunday 21st at 7:30-8am to head south. We have people joining us along the way ultimately meeting at Wagga Wagga and then riding over the Great Alpine Rd to Bairnsdale for an overnight stay before heading off to the island on Thursday Morning.

Its going to be a great ride regardless of where you are originating from.

I'm leaving Maleny on 20/2/10 going to Sid's place in Brisbane .. waiting on a couple others to arrive and we all set out on Sunday morning 21/2/10 for Tamworth picking up more along the way.... all welcome..

THe Great Ride is Go... this morning "The Hulk" is Headed north on the first leg of this Epic inaugural Ride.. She's packed up and rearing to go.. transport leg One .. Melb -Brisbane via Truck.. then it's 6000+- klms of happy happy GPz900r Cruzin' in a swarm of Glorious GPz900r's..

Did my oil and filter change, checked and topped brake fluid, adjusted suspension, air in front and rear suspension, topped up coolant levels, checked chain and fitted the new ignition advance plate to boost the advance forward a few degrees (what a difference! the bike is faster, more responsive and it took less than 10 minutes to fit).

Started packing everything onto the GPz rack that Big Dave supplied, just need to pack clothes, sunscreen and a few odds an ends and I'm READY!

YNOT and his friend are turning up some time in the late arvo, We are collecting Tony Dann Sunday morning at Kyogle.... should be 6 leaving my place on Sunday morning.. collecting 4 more in the space of a few hours... c if you can arrive earlier, I'll throw a BBQ on.
