Have my power commander already installed but unfortunately I dont get it dyno tuned until monday. Runs ok with the closest map I could use, but I cant wait for a long run with the bike fully set.

Have had it running with the base map supplied, could feel the difference, just want to play around with a couple of different maps for fits and giggles, but yes dyno must surely be the way to go, next step it to find out who does a through job in Perth, who is doing yours?

I felt a noticeable difference too but a few days later it had problems starting so I had to disconnect it until I get it tuned. Getting mine done by Legend Quad Supply, the details are bellow. They were on the Power Commander Web page and the cheapest I wrang.

Thanks for that, I've found a map that I am happy with for the stock exhaust, but will get a dyno for custom exhaust, so as Legend are on the PC web page that seems good enough for me.

Yes it was a great ride today with just a little sprinkle on the way home. it was great to finally meet Scott and Im sure we will see some more of him on future rides.

Had the vest out to put on before I left and forgot it which was a bugger as it also had my earplugs in the pocket.

Thanks Trevor for your photo's , we can always count on you for a couple of pics.

Here are a couple of pics I took .

Here is Thunderbird (Scott)

Glad you all had a good ride

Oily
03-10-10, 08:58 PM
Davo, Didnt go to Quinningup we went to Quindanning. Dont worry I get confused with these two also.

When we got there pub was not open so we waited and we waited and we waited...then we gave up and went back to Dwellingup for a million dollar burger.

Country folk..haha They were too busy doing the vacuuming inside rather than wanting to serve hungry customers outside.

maybe they did,nt like the look of the unsavoury characters hanging around outside. lol

There were two old blokes sitting on the bench out the front of the Pub also waiting so it must of been them.....haha

She loved it and cant wait to go again. The only problem is the instructor is booked out for 2 weeks. He said she should have her license before christmas so I guess a bike will be her present this year.

Nice BAK .. good taste i reckon ;)

Thanks, just had it dyno tuned this morning and with the bak and the cobra pipes (pipes slightly restricted because they were to loud) I have now got an extra 10% HP. Its gone from 49 to 55 and you can really feel the difference when you accelerate.
